Organising articles

Articles are organised by Media Category and then by Brand or topic. Use tags for cross-category articles.

Hero backgrounds

Each article can have a hero image. Upload via the article editor — images are stored in cloud storage.

Linking to projects

When reviewing a batch, operators can search the Knowledge Base inline and link the relevant spec to the review.

Versioning and change logs

The Knowledge Base tracks version history for all specification articles. Whenever a spec changes, tick Create Version when saving to preserve the previous version.
