QC Tool sends notifications at every key stage so the right person is always informed.
Email notifications

In-app notifications
The bell icon in the navigation bar shows unread notifications.
Notification badges use a red dot indicator and show a count for unread notifications.
Notification preferences
Users can manage their notification preferences in Profile → Notification Settings.
Email monitoring
Admins can view sent email logs in Master → Email Monitor to confirm delivery and troubleshoot issues.
