Account Setup
Sign in
QC Tool uses email-based authentication. To sign in:
- Navigate to your QC Tool URL
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a magic link
- Click the link to complete sign-in
Your profile
After signing in, you can update your profile from the Profile page:
- Display name — Your name as shown to teammates
- Avatar — Upload a profile picture
- Notification preferences — Configure how you receive alerts
Roles and permissions
QC Tool uses role-based access control. Your role is assigned by your workspace administrator and determines what you can see and do:

|---|---|
| QC Coordinator | Coordinates projects, assigns operators, signs off on QC reviews |
| QC Operator | Reviews files, adds QC comments and pass/fail decisions |
| Agency Coordinator | Manages agency uploads and responds to QC feedback |
| Agency Operator | Uploads files and views QC results for their agency |
| Client | Views approved files and cost estimate approvals |
| Administrator | Full access to configure the workspace, manage users, and set up integrations |
If you are unsure of your role or need elevated access, contact your workspace administrator.
Two-factor authentication
For enhanced security, your administrator may require multi-factor authentication (MFA). If MFA is enabled:
- Go to Profile → Security
- Follow the setup wizard to enrol your authenticator app
- Future sign-ins will require a 6-digit code from your app
