Getting Started

Follow these steps to get QC Tool set up for your organisation.

Create your account

Sign in at your QC Tool URL. If this is a new workspace, your organisation’s instance will be provisioned by QC Tool. Reach out to your workspace administrator for an invitation link.

Configure your workspace

After signing in, navigate to Master Settings to configure:

  • Agencies and their teams
  • Media categories and asset types
  • Brands, products, and campaigns
  • QC operators and coordinators

Invite your team

From Team Settings, invite your QC operators, coordinators, and agency contacts. They will receive email invitations to join your workspace.

Create your first project

Navigate to the Projects section and click New Project. Assign a project to an agency and start uploading files for review.

Start reviewing

Once files are uploaded, they appear in the QC queue. Assign batches to operators and begin the QC process.
