Workspace Configuration

Workspace configuration is available to Administrators only. If you need changes to workspace settings, contact your QC Tool administrator.

Master Settings

Navigate to Master in the sidebar to access all configuration areas.

Agencies

Agencies are the companies whose files you review. Each agency has:

  • A name and contact details
  • One or more coordinators and operators
  • Access to specific projects

To add an agency:

  1. Go to Master → Agencies
  2. Click New Agency
  3. Fill in the agency name and details
  4. Invite the agency’s team members by email

Media categories

Media categories define the types of assets you review (e.g. Print, Digital, Video). Each category can have:

  • Specific file naming rules
  • Pre-QC validation checks
  • Default QC templates

Brands and products

Organise your client’s product portfolio:

  • Brands — Top-level brand names
  • Products — Products under each brand
  • Campaigns — Marketing campaigns linking products and shortcodes

User management

From Master → Users, you can:

  • Invite new users by email
  • Assign or change roles
  • Deactivate accounts

Notification rules

Configure automated notifications for events like:

  • New batch uploaded
  • QC review complete
  • Cost estimate awaiting approval
  • Resupply requested
