Project statuses
- Active — Files being uploaded and reviewed
- Awaiting Resupply — Agency needs to supply corrected files
- Client Review — Approved files delivered to client
- Complete — All rounds finished and delivered
- On Hold — Project paused
- Cancelled — Project cancelled
Batches
A Batch is a subset of files within a project for a single upload and review cycle.
Why use batches?
- Review large projects in smaller manageable chunks
- Track progress at a granular level
- Allow partial resupplies without affecting the whole project
- Enable parallel review of different asset types
Batch lifecycle
- Created → Uploaded → Pre-QC → In Review → Awaiting Sign-off → Approved or Resupply Requested
Assigning a batch
When creating a batch, assign a QC Operator (reviews files) and QC Coordinator (signs off). Both receive notifications when assigned.
